Œil de Perdrix

A rosé wine made from Pinot Noir, elegant, with a fine bouquet, light tannins and a beautiful vivacity. Aperitif, delicious with Asian cuisine, white meat, poultry and all summer meals. Amber pink, sparkling. Aromas of raspberry and cherry. It has a beautiful attractive rose petal colour, an elegant nose of red fruits, and a very complex mouth always on the fruit. Finish with a good length. Vinification and maturation in vats. Vinified as a rosé, Pinot Noir is called Œil-de-Perdrix, which gives a wine with a beautiful roundness and a powerful nose.

% Alc.: 13% vol.
AOC: AOC 1er Cru, Côteau de Lully (Genève).
To serve: 7 à 10°.
Guard: 0 – 3 years.
