Pinot Noir 1er Cru

This wine blends powerful aromas of red and black fruit, followed by notes of fruit and flower: raspberry, cherry and violet. Elegants tannins and beautiful freshness. Accompanies many dishes such as poultry, rabbit, veal, meat pies. Very well-balanced, this Pinot Noir goes well with many food and wine pairings. Moderate red colour with purplish tints. On the palate, a beautiful fruity attack, fine and silky tannins. Long persistence. Vinification and maturation in vats. This grape variety spreads a lot of the typicity of our terroir.

Low vine in Guyot. Clay and silty soil, grassy, medium slope.
