Viognier | barrique en

This high quality Viognier, aged in oak barrels, combines elegance and complexity. A fresh, mineral and greedy wine. Bright, slightly yellow colour. Aromas of citrus fruit, mango and peach. Long attack, a rich wine with a beautiful roundness, good balance between fruit and smokiness. The great florality of this wine also allows a very good balance. Very appreciated chilled as an aperitif, it accompanies all starters and dishes with fish and seafood, terrines, pâtés and cheeses. Alcoholic fermentation in barrels, then aged for 12 months. South-East location, low vine in Guyot. Calcareous, grassy soil, slight slope.
