Brenaz Blanche

Champagne method | White sparkling wine, BRUT. Aperitif, dessert and accompanies all events! Clear, freshcolour, fine and persistent bubbles. Peach, grapefruit, almond and brioche aromas. Freshness and flexibility are the main characteristics.  Beautiful frankness and liveliness in the mouth. Developed according to a method inspired by the Champagne tradition, this sparkling Geneva wine, before being cut, is carefully vinified. This vinification mainly consists of a triple fermentation, the first two in vats and the third in bottles for 12 to 18 months. During this “foaming” process, each day, the bottles are stirred a quarter of a turn to lower the lees to the neck. Then, the disgorging removes this deposit and definitively closes the bottle with its cork stopper, held by its wire hood. Clay and silty soil, moraine, grassy soil, steep slope.
