Brenaz Rosée

Pink sparkling wine, BRUT. Aperitif, dessert and accompanies all events! Magnificent pink colour, great freshness, fine and persistent bubbles. Grenadine, raspberry aroma. Produced according to a method inspired by the Champagne tradition, this Geneva sparkling wine, before being cut, is carefully vinified. This vinification mainly consists of a triple fermentation, the first two in vats and the third in bottles for 12 to 18 months. Duringthis “foaming” process, eachday, the bottles are stirred a quarter of a turn to lower the lees to the neck. Then, the disgorging removes this deposit and definitively closes the bottle with its cork stopper, held by its wire hood. Clay and silty soil, moraine, grassy soil, steep slope.


Grappes: Mondeuse.
% Alc.: 13% vol.
AOC Genève, Bernex.
To serve : 8 à 10°.
