Rosé de Gamay

Bright, delicate, floral and sweet rosé (from Gamay). Ideal for summer evenings. As an aperitif, or with pasta, mixed salads, fish or exotic dishes. Light pink, fresh colour. Nose of red berries. Round, ample, harmonious palate, great persistence, aromatic finish. Pressing of the grapes as soon as they are harvested and a classic maturing in vats. Low vine in Guyot. Clay and silty soil, grassy, medium slope.

AOC: AOC Genève, Bernex
To serve: 7 à 8°.
Guard: 0 – 2 years.
