Gamay

Light red wine, fresh, fruity, discreet tannins. It goes well with Sunday cooking as well as local or everyday cooking,  such as charcuterie, poultry, terrine, pasta. Intense ruby. Fruity, flavours of strawberry and raspberry. Peppery notes. On the palate, it attacks is fresh before acquiring a beautiful roundness and a pretty fruity taste. Crunchy, original, it finish to offer a great persistence. Vinification and maturation in vats. South facing, low vine in Guyot. Clay and silty soil, grassy, slight slope.
