Sauvignon 1er Cru

This wine combines aromatic intensity and vivacity, good power and persistence on the palate. Ideal with fish and seafood, fish tartar, summer salad sand dry cheeses.  Light yellow to light green. Citrus fruits and black currant buds from its nose, exotic touches that evoke passion fruit. Long persistence, lively, balanced, original and concentrated wine. Aromatic and full of character. South-eastfacing, low vine in Guyot. Clay and siltysoil, grassy, slight slope.

AOC: AOC 1er Cru, Côteau de Lully (Genève).
To serve: 8 à 10°.
Guard: 0 – 3 years.
