Cabernet

A generous, ample, harmonious wine with a subtle nose. Aromas of cherries and blueberries evolve with spicy hints. Goes very well with red meats, rotisserie, lamb, tournedos, mushrooms and ripened cheeses. In the mouth, there are also hints of blueberry. On the palate, its attack is supple, then impregnates with a carnal roundness that culminates in a long finish with fine tannins. Intense dark red colour. Vinification and maturation in vats in mono-varietal as well as in blends. A world-famous grape variety, it has become one of the most widespread in the world. Clay and silty soil, grassy, medium slope.
