A well-balanced, structured, full-bodied wine with pleasant tannins. Rich in colour, spicy notes. Accompanies spicy dishes such as beef, lamb, game and cheese. Deep, dark and purple colour. Aromas of blueberry and blackcurrant. Round and structured. Long persistence, very concentrated. Varietal specially designed for the region and climatic conditions. Very beautiful grapes. Low vine in Guyot. Clay and silty soil, grassy, medium slope.
