Pinot Blanc

Round, refined, this subtle wine has a bouquet of flowers and fruit on the nose and in the mouth, with hints of quince and honey. Light citrus scent. Clear colour. For the aperitif and to accompany starters such as asparagus, fish in sauces, white meats and  Asian cuisine.  Supple,  then gently progresses towards more richness and smoothness. Long persistence, good attack on the palate. Vinification and maturation in vats. White grape variety.  South-east facing, low vine in Guyot. Clay and siltysoil, grassy, slight slope.
