Gamaret | barrique 1er Cru

Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, this Gamaret, with its beautiful red colour tinged with violet hues, expresses the surprising combination of wood and fruit. Accompanies red meat, game and cheese. Deep, dark and purple colour. Aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant, spices. On the nose, smoky notes appear, followed by black fruits. Then flavours of spices and flowers unfold. In the mouth, it is supple and full with an elegant and balanced finish. Cold pre-fermentation maceration followed by a traditional vatting. Aged one year in oak barrels. Varietal specially designed for the region and climatic conditions. Very beautiful grapes. Balanced in tannins and very concentrated. Low vine in Guyot. Clay and silty soil, moraine, grassy soil, steep slope.
