Gamay “Vieilles vignes” 1er Cru

Produced from a vine several decades old, with deep roots, this high quality gamay combines elegant tannins, roundness and releases mellow and fruity aromas. Accompanies game, red meat, poultry and cheese. Deep red colour with purplish and bluish hues. Flavours marked by red fruit notes such as black cherry, and exquisite spices. On the palate, this wine is as sweet as it is fruity, charming by its roundness, suppleness and power. Vinification in stainless steel vats then maturing in oak barrels for 8 months. South facing, low vine in Guyot. Clay and silty soil, moraine, grassy soil, medium slope.
