Initial Blanc

A complex wine, full of finesse, with aromas of apples, pears and light citrus fruits. Perfect with fish from lakes and rivers, traditional swiss cheese dishes and fresh salads. Light colour, brightness, freshness. A light aromatic with a good vivacity. Medium persistence in the mouth. A plot of vines cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics, a working method based on knowledge of the effects of the stars and the moon on tides and plants. Low vine in Guyot. Biodynamics brings maximum fertility through tillage, by treating plants with decoctions at infinitesimal doses, resulting in total harmony with the environment and microbial life. Vinification and maturation in vats. Limestone soil, grassy, slight slope.

Grappes: Chasselas.

AOC: AOC Genève, Bernex.
To serve: 8 à 10°.
